Andrew Russell was with Harrow Public Libraries for 8 years where he had experience of working on the borough’s Housebound Library Service. After this he moved to Middlesex University Libraries and then worked for 14 years at the National Art Library at the V&A Museum. There he worked with the group visit programme which included bringing groups of homeless people to visit the library. Social inclusion has always been part of his agenda.
